Vintage number board from a now scrapped railroad locomotive. Each engine has two numbers, (some locomotives do have 4 number boards), but this auction is for the one only as pictured. Guaranteed to be original and from the locomotive pictured. This measures 26-1/2" long x 9-3/4", including the metal frame from the locomotive, and is made of a hard plastic capable of the lights behind to show through. This is the only one that I have that has the original metal frame. Message through the eBay message system with any questions. It's in fair condition, but still a great piece of RR history.
I have another auction of a railroad bell and as can be seen in the last picture the location of the bell is welded on the front of the fuel tank.
