This is a new old stock locomotive decal from TFM Transportación Ferroviaria Mexicana railway. These were used on some demonstrator locomotives. This is a large decal measuring 28 1/2 X 20 3/8 inches. This is sealed in a protective envelope so the true colors are hidden. This was made by 3M for Electro Motive. I don't think you'll see too many of these still around. I bought several from from a gentleman who used to work at the EMD plant in LaGrange. I list this as used because it is older but it was never used and still has the original backing.
