Welcome to Beartooth Books!
Up for auction are two original 1918 & 1920 Velvet Joe's Almanacs. Published by Liggtt & Myers Tobacco Co., St. Louis MO. Contains interesting data like goverment statistics (war, election, etc.), postal information (Liberty Bonds), fashion advice for men and women (what to wear where), US automobile laws, how to read handwriting and lots more! The almanacs also have some great Velvet Tobacco ads.  The softcover booklets measures 5" x 8" and are in acceptable/fair condition with some issues to the cover on the 1918 issue and the 1920 issue does not have a cover. The interior pages are intact
. Serious toning due to the age and paper quality. Non-smoking home. Please look closely at the scans as they are the best indication of condition. Please contact me before bidding if you have any questions regarding this auction.
Shipping within the US is .75 for Standard Shipping. This will ship in a rigid mailer with a backer board and an archival quality sleeve.
